Strategic Plan

The School of Environmental Sciences has successfully completed 25 years of journey in academics. During these years, the contributions of the school in the field of academics and research were notable and well commended in NAAC 2003, 2010 and 2017 reports. The school is looking forward to the development of appropriate technologies and skilled human resources for conservation of nature, prevention of pollution and sustainable utilization of natural resources for development. 

Our future goals includes 

• To promote the research and development in the field of environmental monitoring and management
• Development of infrastructure facilities to promote learning and research process
•  Implement OBE for setting clear standards for observable, measurable outcomes
• Establish a healthy relationship between the students and faculties
• Training to personnel from Government, NGOs, Industries, Institutions and general publics 
• Outreach programme and collaborative activities for academic development of faculty and student
• To promote green campus practices in the campus including sustainable resource utilization, green processes, carbon-neutral technologies etc.
